How long does it take to get my interior once I place my order?  In some cases we have most of your kit already made and it could ship right away.  Most of the time we start stitching once you order.  If that is the case, we will ship in 2-3 weeks.  Full custom orders might take a little longer.

Are all of your products really made in the USA?  Yes!  They are stitched up right here in Tempe, AZ!

Can you do custom interiors?  Yes we can!  Usually our customers like the factory patterns but they want to substitute materials to match their paint.  Not a problem!

Do you do anything other than Chevy interiors?  Sorry!  We are only Bowties.

How about shipping and returns Policy?

Shipping - All of our shipping rates are for the lower 48 states.  However, we DO ship world wide!  Just let us know your postal code and we will give you a quote.

ReturnsIf you are not completely satisfied you can simply exchange or return your order. You have 30 days from the original ship date (International customers have 60 days to return products). Please send a copy of your purchase invoice along with your interior product. We can offer you a  refund or an exchange for an item of the same price or higher, immediately following inspection of the returned item. 

All parts returned must be in sellable condition and in original packaging within 30 days of ship date. No returns on installed interior products. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless an item is defective or if we made an error on the order. You must email or call for return approval. If these conditions are not met, items will be will be returned to the customer at their expense.

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 90 days.  Please don't ask, and don't call back after a year and tell us the color doesn't match my car or that an item is missing.  
  • No returns on Custom Interiors or special orders.
  • No returns of a partial interior kit or set, unless it is for repair or exchange.
  • No returns once the products have been installed.  
  • Cut Vinyl or Cloth Yardage is not eligible for return/exchange. 

Parts returned without customer number, address and invoice number will not be processed for a refund or exchange and will be disposed in 90 days. Note: Return packages must be sent with shipping charges prepaid. COD packages will not be accepted. It is recommended that all returns be insured and shipped with a carrier that provides tracking in the event it is lost or damaged.
